Our butterfly pea flower powder is made by grinding natural dried butterfly pea flowers (the scientific name is Clitoria ternatea, they’re also known as blue pea or Asian pigeonwings). These unique blue flowers have been used for centuries to color liquids and food naturally blue, mainly in Asia but also in other parts of the world.

All our butterfly pea flowers are wild harvested. We work together with our farmers on exceptional post harvest management to ensure remove all moisture and ensure a premium quality with superb color and 2 years shelf life.
