Shipping fees apply for international orders. We can ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express.
Average shipping time for first class international mail is 7-28 business days depending on your country's customs and when they decide to release the package. Times can vary depending on how quickly customs processes the item, generally you can expect longer times around the holidays. Some packages may be released earlier than others, it's just the luck of the draw.
Returns & Refund
If you need to return your order of miraland berry, or are not satisfied, simply email us to request an Authorization code at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have received an Authorization code, you may send your product back to the following address. Orders received without an Authorization code will not be processed. Return shipping is not reimbursable. Refunds are given on a per-basic request.

Q: How Long Does It Take To Process A Return?
A:Once our warehouse receives the return, it usually takes 5 business days to process the return. It may take your bank a little longer to post the refund to your account due to billing cycles. We can only issue refund to the same credit card that was charged.
Q: What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
A: Any product that's damaged during shipment is replaced at no charge when you save the package and all the contents. Contact our customer service (MIRALANDBERRY@GMAIL.COM) if your shipment is damaged.
